Where are we, and how did you end up here?

We're at home with my little family in Västertorp, south of Söder. We've lived in the area for a long time and traded up to a larger rental apartment as we were planning to grow our family.

What do you love most about your home?

The natural light in the apartment is so harmonious, since it's a corner apartment that gets both morning and evening sun. My mood is affected a lot by light, and it brings so much joy to wake up when the sun is out! It's also taken time to really settle in at home – interior design and other details take time, but eventually land somewhere personal.

Which colours did you choose, and what drew you to them?

Living room and bedroom: K27 — Oatmilk, warm white – such a lovely base that behaves differently in each room. It leans slightly towards beige and gives such a harmonious impression.

Hallway: K12 — The Classic, classic white – when in doubt, classic white. I think this colour works in every room and gives a great base.

Children's room: K34 — Antique, with a bit more warmth and feeling, antique is perfect for the children's room, and we've also painted the wardrobes in the same colour for a beautiful, cohesive look.
