Hanna Knutsson

Hanna originally comes from Borås, but about 9 years ago moved to Stockholm for a job. Now she lives together with her partner and two children in a four-bedroom south of the capital.

Hanna has put together a palette made up of five colours, let's see how her freshly painted apartment looks now.

Could you briefly introduce yourself?

My name is Hanna Knutsson. I live with my partner and my two children south of Stockholm. I was born and raised in Borås together with my two older brothers. I moved from my hometown about 9 years ago for a job in Stockholm, then I stayed.

Where are we and how did you end up here?

Now we are in our relatively new apartment in Årsta, south of Stockholm. We moved here in January 2023. It is a rental that we exchanged for a third one further down towards Gullmarsplan. The chance to trade for a big four in Årsta that you actually feel love for, we didn't think that was possible, but it happened. We enjoy ourselves so much. Concrete that meets a lush green area. Baked in a colour that we chose ourselves. Win, for sure!

I am a person filled with joy, strong will and creativity.

What do you like most about your home?

The blue colour in the kitchen, living room and hallway!

How did you think about the colour of your home?

That all the colours would go well together. Not too strong colours and contrasts. We had that in our last apartment. We wanted to try something new. Therefore, we ended up in more pastels.

What colours have you chosen, what made you stick to them?

95 - Lagoon, 75 - Boogie, 78 - Mon Cheri, 86 - Earl Grey, 107 - Vivi’s Green. I thought that all the colours went well together, but still that they were not too close to each other in colour. I wanted different colours in each room but not too strong contrasts between the rooms.
